This place is spacious! 4 different areas to Mingle, the dance floor is big, back bar cozy, and show area works with a big enough stage... Clean, bring a ID tho (forgot mine one night), they card everyone! and have a designated driver, its a few minutes out of downtown along a major road, and there are lots of po po along the roads.

The best sound system, lights and music in the region - by far! Great friendly staff. Love the shows, and the size of the place. Can talk quietly in front of a crackling fire, or enjoy the video bar, or feel your organs vibrate on the pulsing dance floor. It has it all!

Well if you like paying a high price at the door, and way overpriced drinks then this place is for you. Atmosphere is much like a banquet hall with tv's and videos. A large fireplace has a couple of seats around it and really reminds me of something at a Tenn. resort. Not impressed. Drop the prices and get rid of that cover charge. 10.00 bucks to get into a bar is way too much for a Cincinnati bar.

Adonis is great...when theres something going on..i love their fuck buddy night an their twist on mardi gras..but fantastis free friday...not so fantastic..and drag queen bingo?! Keep your family dollar prizes... I've got far better things to do with my night.

All the above comments are so not true, It sounds like you need to go to a troll bar where you will fit in, The DJ is great! the Bar is fun!!!! The atmosphere is different I love it for the fact it's not a meat market.....

Had to be in Cincinnati for work and wanted a place to kick back and socialize. Adonis is the perfect place for that. The sound system and light show on the dance floor was incredible. I wish they had something like this in LA

This place is amazing! Yeas there is men and women, 75%men and 25%women, the dance floor is huge and stays packed on Saturday nights! And the pool on Sundays, if you want to see some half naked men & women, this is the place to go! There is usual a line to get in on Saturday, and the club features guest Djs and Performers. The DJ takes request by text and plays a variety of music and videos. This is a great place to meet new people or to hang out with your friends. Not a meat market.

This place is mainly a lesbian bar. The from what few men who actually show up here, it seems they brought their attitude directly over from the dock. What a dissappoinment! The music is incredibly tired. You could have more fun at smaller bars like Shooters, On Broadway and The Serpent.

Much like it's name, Adonis gives the illusion that it is the biggest, bestest nightclub in the world. Yes Adonis is big. So big, that even when every gay person in the tri-state area goes it still looks half empty. The DJ needs to be dragged out by his ears and thrown into the river. If I hear the 40 minute Gloria Estafan mix or the 20 minute Whitney Houston remix one more time - i'm going to puke. The DJ has been playing the same, tired, boring mix tape since this overhalued yatch club opened. My advice is to go and experience this place for yourself. You will either LOVE it or HATE it. At best you will have a good cocktail and enjoy the hysterical drag show. At worst you'll just be bored and wacth the twinks prance around and enjoy all their drama. I think the owners should focus on creating an atmosphere. This entrance looks like a cheap ski resort lobby, the dance floor doesn't get used because the DJ sucks, and the drag show bar looks like a Wendy's dining room. Give those dragilicious queens a real stage and fire the DJ!!!

started out being a great bar, however the drag shows are starting to suck becuase the owners are to tight. You cant have a million dollar bar and continue on with your everyday cincinnati drag queens. Daytons previous show club selebrities was the best. The owner new how to draw in the croud becuase he spent money. You need live performers, pretty boy strippers and some out of town drag queens everyweek. Not just once or twice. If you want to be the best you have to spend money. Hell it cost 7 dollars to get in to adonis. for what. The music is not so wonderful either. I have heard more people complain about the music. Its an awsome dance floor but turn it up and change the beat a little. When the gay boys are drunk they want underground music not that crap the dj plays.
